Host, servers and kitchen on one board.

A TV by the kitchen shows each server their tables and what each one needs next. Nobody asks "am I next?" Nobody waits for a hello.

A server smiles on her way from the kitchen pass; Mesa's team screen hangs on the wall behind her.

Greeted fast

Two taps to seat, wait times learned from your own tables, a text when the table is ready.

Nothing slips

A table that hasn't ordered, food in the window, a paid check still sitting: the table lights up first.

Proof in dollars

Every Monday: what slow service cost, what got better, and one tip per server.

See a real shift on Mesa.

Short tours of the real app. Pick one.

A test restaurant with sample guests and sales. No texts were sent. Videos in English.

Running before your next rush.

Mesa on the host stand iPad: every table in its server's colour, the next party to seat, whose turn it is, and who is waiting.
  1. Apply in two minutes

Tell us about your floor. We read every application and call you.

  2. We set it up with you

About 15 minutes on the iPad you already have. Snap a photo of your floor and Mesa draws it.

  3. Run one busy night

Your host seats in two taps, your servers watch the team screen, and Monday you see your numbers.

Two reports on the same server. Only one tells you why the guest didn't come back.

Sales tell you who is good at selling. Mesa tells you who is good at service, and where to coach. No ranking on the floor.

An owner with a coffee in his empty dining room on a Monday morning, reading Mesa on an iPad.

Monday, 9 am. You know what Saturday cost.

One email: what slipped away in dollars, what got better than last week, and one coaching tip per server. Coffee's still hot.

Built on the floor. Not in a boardroom.

I'm a host at a busy family restaurant in Utah. Every Saturday I watched people walk out of our line and tables wait for a server, and nobody could say what it cost. So I built the tool I needed at the door.

What restaurants say

“Before Mesa, we'd only find out when an annoyed guest flagged down a busser after sitting for 10 minutes. Now? The system's alerts catch it instantly.”
Marcus VanceMarcus VanceGeneral Manager, The Brass Anchor Grill
“Coaching servers used to feel like a guessing game — I'd just tell them to 'be more attentive,' which didn't help anyone. … I can point to real numbers … It turns coaching into a clear, positive growth plan.”
Elena Gutierrez with her teamElena GutierrezCo-Founder & Owner, La Casa del Tamal & Sol Cantina Group
“I don't have to keep pacing back to the host stand to check. I spend less time running around asking who got what and more time at my tables upselling drinks.”
Mateo RamirezMateo RamirezSenior Server, La Casa del Tamal (West Valley)
“Hosting used to mean constant pressure: angry servers complaining about rotation order, guessing wait times wrong, and tracking down large parties. Mesa handles all of it in two taps.”
Sofia MoralesFOH Lead / Host, La Casa del Tamal (Downtown)
“Most restaurant software feels like it was built by corporate tech people who never worked a busy service. Mesa gets it.”

Straight answers.

How does free access work?

Apply in two minutes. We read every application ourselves, call you, and set Mesa up with you. You get everything, free, with no card and no contract. We take restaurants one at a time so each one gets a good start.

We already have Toast. Why Mesa?

Toast starts counting when the first item is rung in. The line at the door, the hello, the table that waited 12 minutes: Toast never sees them. Mesa covers that part and reads Toast live, so you see both.

Will my staff actually use it?

Seating is two taps and every screen is in English and Spanish. Servers don't touch anything: they glance at the team screen. Most hosts are comfortable within one shift.

We don't have time to set it up.

About 15 minutes on the iPad you already have, and we do it with you before your rush.

Do we need a POS?

No. The host stand, waitlist, rotation and team screen work on their own. With Toast connected you also get live order, food and payment alerts, and the numbers in dollars.

Is it worth the money later?

One family of four that walks out costs more than a month of Mesa. Look at your own numbers during free access before you decide.

Your first 10 seconds decide the night.

Apply for free access. We set it up with you. Keep it only if your numbers say so.
